How to Use Online Permit Inspections

  1. Go to Online Permit Inspections https://citizenaccess.acfw.net/CitizenAccess/Default.aspx. Note that this website address must be typed in the address bar. You cannot search for this web address through a search engine such as Google.
  2. Click on "login" in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Enter your contractor's license number as your User Name, Enter your contractor's pin number as your PasswordHow to Use 1
  4. Click on Login. Note that if you receive an error message you may not be a registered user. Please contact the Allen County Building Department at 260-449-7131 for registration.How to Use 2
  5. Click on "Account Management" in the upper right-hand corner
  6. Under "Login Information" click on "edit"How to Use 3
  7. Please enter your email address (most accounts will show a default of "[email protected]"). Do not change the User Name, Password, or Security Question or you will lock yourself out of the system!How to Use 4
