Important Information for Registered Pool Installers

A message from the Allen County Building Commissioner regarding Swimming Pool Installations

Effective June 16, 2021, all building permits for in-ground and above-ground swimming pools applied for by registered Swimming Pool Installers are required to read the memo below and complete the affidavit for each permit. This affidavit is in regard to the electrical, non-sanitary, and gas line permits that may be associated with the pool installation permit. This affidavit must be completed and uploaded to any online permit application or completed and remitted with the paper application if it is being applied for in the office. Permits will not be processed without the affidavit.
