Senate Enrolled Act 0433 was passed in the 2013 General Assembly session and amended IC 6-1.1-24-4.5 to require the County Auditor to prepare a list of tracts or items of real property located in the county for which the fall installment of taxes for the most recent previous year is delinquent. The County Auditor is required to submit a copy to each city or town within the county or make the list available on the county's Internet website. For purposes of complying with this statute, the link below contains a list of properties that have delinquencies as of May 15, 2023.
