The 2023 Tax Sale will be held October 4, 2023. The Tax sale listing will be posted starting in July. Please see below for general information.

Basic Tax Sale Information

If a property is delinquent for three or more installments, it is eligible for the tax sale. View the following link for information related to tax sale: 2023 General Tax Sale Information (PDF) (Information is subject to change).

An IRS Form W-9 is required with all Tax Sale registrations. Please click on the following link to obtain an IRS Form W-9. This form must be uploaded through the GovEase website with your registration. View the IRS Form W-9 and Instructions (PDF)

Properties sold at the 2022 Allen County Tax Sale can be on the 2022 Sold Properties (XLSX) document. Please note that certain information is subject to change(i.e., redeemed properties, surplus amounts as subsequent taxes are paid, etc). Unsold Tax Sale Properties

Certain unsold properties from the tax sale may be certified to the Board of Commissioners and subsequently assigned and deeded to the Allen County Community Development Corp (ACCDC) for resale to the public. Please contact the Auditor's office to determine if a property was deeded to the ACCDC, as not all unsold tax-sale properties are deeded to the ACCDC.
