The Human Resources Department is a service-oriented organization. As public servants, we are mindful to provide efficient service to the general public and Allen County Government employees. These services include employment opportunities with the County, the job application and hiring process, monitoring employees' salaries, and administering County personnel policies. The Human Resources staff also assists County elected officials and department heads with the administration of the many excellent benefits provided to our employees.
